Marco Rubio is not a Natural Born Citizen.

Conservatives shouldn’t go down that road.

Let's please not go down the Birther road. The only person in public life I know who might suggest that Marco Rubio was not eligible to be President or Vice-President is Orly Taitz, and the cheese slipped off her cracker a long time ago.

His Wikipedia biography states that Marco Rubio was born in Miami, Florida.

I may disagree with the Supreme Court’s decision wrongly deciding that someone born here is perforce a citizen here, regardless of his parents’ status at the time of birth. But that’s the law of the land until we get a new decision overturning it (or, less likely, an amendment). And under that law, Rubio IS a natural born citizen — and thus eligible.

Even under any new SCOTUS decision that would overturn the current, incorrect approach would not strip anyone of citizenship. It would be entirely prospective in application.

There are several Supreme Court decisions that I think are wrong, but I am not going to let Democrats act upon those decisions while I try to act as though the decisions don’t exist / are not the law of the land.

Perhaps you have some other issue with Rubio that you’re not letting on about?
