At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.” Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 168.”

Obama did a BRILLIANT job in distracting the simple minded with the birth certificate issue which is IRRELEVANT. The cretin admits he isn’t an NBC by stating in the open that he was born under the British Nationality Act of 1948.
Now, neither Jindall nor Rubio was born to parents who were CITIZENS. Just like Obama, neither man is a Natural Born Citizen, they inherited the citizenship of their parents at birth. To be an NBC you can be born with only one possible citizenship and that REQUIRES that both parents be citizens of this country and be born here.
This is KNOWN now. Give up on Rubio and Jindall, they are constitutional DEAD ENDS. They cannot ever qualify for POTUS.
