Take note: Not all "powers and principalities" are spiritual. I interpret this verse to, at least, also mean human institutions.
When one looks at the corrupt DC/Wall St Cabal, is that not also what the verse applies to?
The country is so filthy it's disgusting. We need a very serious dose of law and order.
I agree with that- there is a hierarchy in demon-hood, but there is also a structure on earth before you get to the spritual wickedness hovering above the earth- the prince of the power of the air.
The “powers and principalities” are indeed spiritual, even on the earth, but they are not neccesarily non-human.
