It's interesting that Bachmann's PAC opened up on Perry, and now Romney is opening up on Perry.

Bachmann and Romney have had plenty of time to tangle so far, but nothing. Not a scratch.

Bachmann knows she can only be Romney’s VP, no one elses, and certainly not the nominee. That’s why you won’t see her attacking Romney. And of course, Romney has no reason to attack her, since she’s going nowhere fast. Romney was the “presumed nominee”. Now, with Perry, that title is gone. Romney, who is congenitally capable of saying anything on any issue at any time, is just trying to get his title back.

Why is that surprising? Bachmann is far more likely to win over Perry's supporters than Mitt's.Bachmann's best chance to win is by exposing Perry as a faux conservative.

Possibly because Bachmann and Romney have almost no common ground, whereas Perry has common ground with each....plus the fact that Perry has sucked all of the air out of the room for the other two.
