It is FACT that Jindal’s parents were not citizens at time of bobby jindal birth. Rubio is still hiding the info on his exile parents. It is believed that Rubio’s parents were not citizens at time of Rubio birth.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
Conservatism demands intellectual honesty.
And Rubio is NOT being honest about the circumstances of his “citizenship”.
He’s probably no more Constitutionally qualified to be president than is Obama.
Same for Jindal.
Rules is rules. Why do we [rightly] attack Obama on this subject, but why are many in this forum so willing to give Jindal and/or Rubio the free pass?
The 14th amendment contains the citizenship clause that has been consistently interpreted by both congress and the supreme court to confer, except in few cases that do not in any way apply to Obama, Jindal or Rubio, citizenship to a child upon birth within the borders of the US. It does not rest upon parents being citizens in any way.
See Elk v. Wilkins and U.S. v. Kim Wong Ark.
Conservatives hold the Constitution in such high regard that we would rightfully say Jindal and/or Rubio fail the Constitutional test to be President.
