It seems that every time one sees Meghan McCain anymore, someone is inevitably going to ask her what she thinks of something Sarah Palin has said or done or is talking about doing. Even though Senator John McCain's daughter has been cautiously open about her feelings about the former governor of Alaska and what she meant to her father's 2008 bid for the presidency, it is evident to most that she thinks the Palins are nothing short of white trash. But Meghan McCain realizes just how powerful Sarah Palin has become, and she is very indirect with her comments regarding the half-term ex-governor. That careful verbal dancing around the question was in evidence again, according to Politico, Thursday when she appeared on Fox News' "America Live" with Megan Kelly.
Kelly brought up Sarah Palin's recent hints of running for president in 2012 and asked McCain what she thought of Palin's chances of winning a general election.
"I think she could definitely win a primary," McCain answered. "I think winning the general is the great $64,000 question."
"She's overwhelmingly polarizing," she added, "maybe the most polarizing figure of our time."
And she just might be. According to a couple of polls conducted just after the midterm elections, Palin's name, although she enjoys excellent name recognition, generates either a positive or negative opinion. The latest Associated Press-GfK survey indicated that only 11 percent of those polled were unsure of what they thought of her, while 49 percent held an unfavorable opinion of her. Do wish this dumb blonde would shut up and go away. She will say anything to get attention. Reminds me of a lot of liberals, nothing between her two ears.
heh—I wonder—maybe I’ll go ask the ketchup heiress, Te-ray-za.
I have doubts about whether Ms. McCain’s 15 minutes extend to 2012.
In contrast to her father, who didn't do much to distinguish himself from his socialist opponent. Independents figured "what's the difference between these two again?" ...and then opted for a change of parties.
I like polarizing -- traditional conservative Americans on one side, and "progressive" libs on the other. There are more of us than them.
That girl is stacked. Mega Mac is just fat.
sorry. didn't realize paris already received plenty of recognition in this thread
Really Meghan? Tell me. What has she said or done that makes you say that? Or are you such an dumb bimbo, that you repeat what you hear and can't even think an original thought for yourself?
She has a blog ( gag )
Can't believe anyone would take this nitwit seriously...
Kelly is not thinking straight lately, what with the morning sickness and all...
As for Chubby...
"She's overwhelmingly annoying...maybe the most annoying figure of our time."
