But the fact that she defaulted on her mortgage and that Chase had to go to court and get a judgment against her, or that a sheriffs sale was scheduled is a matter of public record.
Likewise she claims it took her 10 years to pay off her tuition. But Farleigh Dickenson had to take her to court and in fact it took her 10 years to pay off a the $4800 legal judgment against her. So $480 per year was all she could afford?
