We desperately need someone other than these two to break out. Romney SHOULDN’T win and Palin CAN’T win.

If it doesn’t happen I really see a scenario where GOP primary voters flock to RINO Romney in their desperation to unseat Obummer.

I’m still holding out hope that DeMint throws hit hat in the ring. I could live with Santorum, too. And Gingrich is in the same boat as Sarah - unelectable. Though I would relish the prospect of him shredding Obummer in a debate.

So the media says! The 2012 election will be a referendum on Obama. Whoever we run can win if they are willing to be critical of Obama and oppose his socialism. So far Palin is the only one who has shown any interest in doing that.

We will not win if we run a Bob Dole or a John McCain or a Mitt Romney who will just stand there and say, “But, Mr. President, I beg to differ with you about how to accomplish reducing the debt by raising taxes.”

I totally agree. If either of these two is the R nominee, obama will totally destroy the US in his second term.

Actually Palin can win elections, it is Romney that has only one win in his life and he did not get 93% approval ratings, he left office with a 34% approval rating.

Working to get Mitt Romney to enter the 2008 race, and then serving as a senior advisor to his campaign, and serving as Lindsey Graham's co-chairman for his campaign, has given DeMint a lot of experience, but he doesn't seem to have the charisma for a serious Presidential run.
