Chillbilly, he didn’t coin it. Been around a while. We got Baybillies out near Galveston Bay. Ya got yer rednecks down south and blue necks freezing up in Minnesotta. Cheeseheads and Chili heads. Etc. So maybe Freepers and their opposites like Grayson - Creepers. I know he creeps me out.
