Well, the Third Reich wasn’t Third World in origin, obviously. But it did have the personality cult aspects that we often see in the Third World. Mugabe, for example. A charismatic demagogue promising to change the world if only he is given the power.
Come to think of it, imagine a demagogue rising to power. His only real accomplishment is that he’s written a popular book. He’s supported by “youth” and surrounds himself with Jew-haters and criminals. He promises to transform the nation, and even the world. He’s a socialist. That could describe Hitler or Obama.

He will require the most big power after win by the reason for him to take “Redistribution”.
So we consider not only Hitler & Stalin but also Obama has similar goal to take great power to control over peoples.
