Why are polls aways skewed when you don't agree with them?
Do you believe the polls that said Kerry would win the Presidency weren't skewed or wrong? Bush is sleeping in the wrong house if they weren't. Sometimes polls truly are wrong.

That poll gave Kerry a very slight lead over Bush. BTW, many also gave Bush the lead by a slight lead. 63% isn't slight.
