Sorry, I didn't mean to sound bigoted- I'm definitely not! Some of my own family members have come from other countries over the last 30 years. What I was trying to say is that I think the people who come here illegally, without the intention of taking the right steps to become citizens, are really taxing our country in the worst way. America was built on people from foreign countries...
And yes, it IS the illegal aliens' faults for coming here illegally. They need to take the proper steps so they can be a truly productive, integral part of our communities. Please don't be so defensive! :)

not defensive at all. as i stated, read the CIS reports and you can get some good definition on the issues you spoke of. i find it much moore productive to look at the whole system. realize if it wasn't so easy for illegals to get in, they wouldn't be using our system and weighing it down. talk to your congressman or congresswoman. remember, trade policy is to blame as well.
