*He* is. He is a buffoon. A WELL PAID buffoon, but a buffoon nevertheless. But wanting to know what happened during that missing year is NOT over the top. If Bush can't account for an entire year of his life then what ELSE won't he be able to account for? This is NOT a left/right or Republican/Democrat issue. It is about clarifying the record.
