Publius, I'm new to the smoking ban events, therefore I have a question. If a person owns a restaurant/nightclub and owns the building, how can the state/city ban smoking on private property?
Did the politicians connected smoking ban law to their liquor license requirements?
I don't understand how government can get away with this kind of law.
