The ones around here (there are 4 or 5) don't sell cigarettes; only by the pack from the ciggie machine: $6.00 !

Too late. There is already just such a bill in the NY legislature. The brain trust up in Albany is fixing to pass a law that requires the WHOLESALERS to deliver only already-taxed cartons to Indian reservations, thereby skirting the current law that allows the Indians to sell untaxed cigs.
These people are PIGS, every last one of 'em.
