I thought it did not matter what Bloomberg stood for, it only mattered that he is a Republican. That's what they're telling us on all the McClintock bashing threads.

Michael Bloomberg was a Democrat who went on the Republican ballot cause the party already had too many liberals on the ballot. He was the only one who could have carried NYC after 9-11. Bloomie's no RINO, he's 100% unreconstructed, hard core statist liberal. I'm amazed he's still in the GOP.

Amen to that. I think I will link to this thread for all the know it alls that lecture me day in day out about the virtues of Arnuld "don't caw me Me-ayor Bloomberg" and how deathly important it is that my state get a Governor with a little 'R' in front of his name.
