Frank took it from there, as far as I know he doesn't even sell regular cigarettes in the bar anymore, only the herbal ones."
For as long as I can remember Fire Marshall regulations prohibitted smoking in elevators - I consider that to be an entirely differnt situation than smoking in a bar!!!!
