I loved the line by Phyliss Diller on the Big Show, she said

The Fox News reporter said that a few weeks ago Bob's wife asked him where he'd like to be buried, and his answer was "Surprise me!"
Sounds like though his body was frail, he retained his spirit right up till the end.
