Then you don't want to admit there was nothing wrong with the mother, and no justification for the judge running roughshod over her rights.

There's always going to be someone out there with "more to offer" a child, you know. Why not just have a judge assign every child to the best possible situation, no matter who bore them or raised them or how old they are when you decide it's in their best interest to uproot them?
