I (perhaps wrongly) took that poster's comment as hyperbole. I don't think NAMBLA members should be executed. NAMBLA should not be permitted to exist. The organization promotes and gives instruction, advice and support for evil that is also illegal. So NAMBLA should not exist, and if it went totally underground, if members were discovered, they should be punished. Not by death; in a perfect world, by public beatings. In an imperfect world, jail time.

Funny thing is...usually just throwing NAMBLA sickos in prison will get the job done. Doesn't the prison crowd treat child abusers pretty badly? I've heard they do.
