Re-read your own post more carefully before you post next time. You stated "There was not a single law outlawing same-sex sodomy in this country 100 years ago". You might have meant to say something else, but that is what you said, and what you said is a lie, because Texas did indeed have a law outlawing same-sex sodomy at that time.

The fist law which directed itself ro stricttly to same-sex did get get passed until the 70's.
