I've seen those that you are talking about.
The "just say no" ads don't explicity say "just say no," they just feature one kid who, after having been talked to by a parent, is offered a, gasp!, cigarette by a friend. The kid turns to the friend and say "no," and the friend walks off. Then, the voice-over states "talk to your kids about not smoking."

I rarely, if ever, see the commercials any more. The only ones I now see are the "The Truth Behind the Curtain" commercials which bash the the evil tobacco companies.

From what I've read about the AIDS problem in Africa, it's not being spread because of gay men. It's because the men won't use condoms and like dry sex.

I doubt that'll ever happen. Right now they have a Just Use Condoms policy for teens.
