What's there to think about? That's what the people say who want to go visit a public tavern or restaurant and not be assaulted with someone else's second-hand smoke. Are you advocating the initiation of force by exhaling poisonous fumes in a crowded theater?

Why don't you simply stay out of places that don't conspicuously display a "NO SMOKING" sign by the door?

I said "think about it carefully" and you obviously did not. Smoking is legal, legal being the key word. Lunatic forces are watching everything we do. What do you enjoy that might come up next? Oreo cookies, MacDonald hamburgers or driving a SUV? Think! And while you think, don't forget the attorneys who want to get rich quick.

Since when is a tavern or restaurant "public"???????

What is stopping you from openning your own smoke-free tavern????
