I was making the point that debating an issue is loads more fun when the participants use their intellect to make an arguement than when disrespectful epithets are used. What? Are you for real? YOU are the one who, in your original post (#333), made the blanket assertion that all smokers are rude, a disrespective epithet if ever there was one. Epithetically speaking, you are a consummate hypocrite.

Oops, Kevao, you need to reread that post. I said "rude behavior". Rude behavior is being legislated all over the country. Two words: Cell phone. These will be next.
It seems some people can't understand how talking with the phone in one hand pressed up against their ear interferes with their ability to drive. Rude and selfish behavior. Add looking for a CD to put into the car's player, applying makeup while driving etc. Talking at movies and the theatre on the cell phone is incredibly rude and thus it is being tackled on a legislative level in many cities.
"It's all about me" this could be the theme for the culture.
