you misunderstand, forbidden sexual relations (note this does not mean premarital sex) is forbidden even when the alternative is to be killed. I don't know anybody who thinks that America should be run according to the Talmud. If you follow my previous posts on this subject, I was merely trying to show that the 10 commandments are not more/less special than other commandments, but that there are 3 which are special.
