The left always tries to parse with absurd examples. The societal structure is man and woman. Genetically its a woman here biological function is that of mother. Her specific example does not justify homosexual marriage. This is why homosexuals want to remove religion from marriage. If they were serious they would already be doing cohabitation contracts.
This is about achiving legitimacy, to for society to accept two people of the same gender play with each others private parts.
