I agree with you on the point that behavior is a choice. But I think where you're going wrong is you aren't recognizing that we make the "choice" to engage in homosexual behavior because ATTRACTION TO THAT GENDER EXISTS. That is what defines homosexuality and bisexuality.. the attraction to a specific or either gender. Jail is a different issue altogether.. there's a huge element of control, as well as lack of sexual partners of the opposite gender, while still experiencing sexual urges.

And AGAIN, if there were children, animals and relatives in prison that’s no excuse for making wrong behavioral choices. Sexual are urges uncontrollable so said the rapist?
