Uh yes, consent IS something needed in the privacy of your own barn. Try having sex with someone against their will in a barn, and see if you don't get charged with rape.

When you say some children have the capacity to consent, just what ages are you thinking??? Children implies quite a young age, and I have to disagree with you. 18 is the legal age, and I feel it is reasonable.

I SAID some children have the mental capacity to consent, the same for any emancipated adult. Age is arbitrary law.
