I'm not religious nor am I particularly upset by homosexuality, but I find this sort of behavior deeply offensive.
In fact, bigotry (towards christians) is apt description of Google's behavior.

At one time Alta Vista was king of the hill. Google, like all things human, will pass.

The problem is not the Christians nor the homosexuals, it is the radical leftists. I've been one of three or four 'token straight people' at an annual birthday party with about one hundred gays and lesbians and never seen the kinds of attitudes seen among the 'activists'.

Yeah, promoting hatred is what we need a lot more of. Not.

I'm curious why you say that this "bigotry (towards Christians)is apt description of Google's behavior," apparently based on the single thread above. I presume you have evidence of many other similar events? I have had a large Christian website up and running for about 1-1/2 years, for which i thank Google for probably 70% of the hits i have received (it's quite a busy site), and in which some of the pages have been listed in the top ten from time to time. I don't happen to have any content in the site that condemns or even remotely implies condemnation of anyone, which may account for their quite positive treatment of my site. It also is clearly PRO-America...and highly supportive of our American military.
So, maybe the 'key' to success with Google (besides great meta-tagging ;-) is that you promote your ideas without dragging down other people? Just a thought.
