Towards the end of our SF Freep on the steps of City Hall, a group of SEIU activists were leading mindless chants. They were wearing their blue SEIU T-shirts representing some local union.

During a break in their dancin' I casually said to one of the union organizers, "Hey, I'm a member of your union!" (I truly am). He did a double take, and mumbled that I should be on their side. I responed, "Naahhhh, I love America."

He danced away.

BTW, I was a member of SEIU until recently, having left that emplyment.

More people need to reclaim their dues paid for political activism.
