The crisis, and the possibility of a huge property tax refund, could also trigger a new look at an old idea: reconfiguring Proposition 13, either to loosen its limits or create a differential between residential and commercial property. For many years, liberals have advocated removing some of the tax limits from commercial property while preserving them for homes.

Looks like Californistan will be blowin' in the wind. "Oh, when will they ever learn?"

The only thing keeping Kalifornia alive is Real Estate, if they mess with Prop 13 Real Estate will crash and most of the people of this state will wish for an earthquake.
