An American Association of Blood Bank survey in 2000 of 30,626 paternity tests showed that 30 percent of those taking the tests were not the real fathers.

Please fix the title of this thread. The parenthetical phrase is not found in the linked article and is absolutely unfounded.

A better way of looking at it is that 70 percent of men who suspect a child is not his -- hence the paternity test -- find that it is afterall.
