While I agree with what you are saying, you'll have a hard time convincing me that these two places are NOT in South Central LA.

Watts is in Los Angeles. The Watts District. South Central is the South Central District. There is Mid Cities, Hollywood, etc. Those are all City of LA.

Compton is a completely seperate city.
