I would check the cnn.com website. They posted a lot of sound files back in the mid '90s, although I don't think that recording was actually released until McVeigh's trial, or later. But I do recall hearing it on the news, so it could be on the web.

I am not so good at pin pointing one article through searching the internet, however, I will go through the OKC bombing documents I have saved to my computer. If it was a FR thread, most of the documents I saved during that period of time only have a thread # assigned to them. I will look through what I have saved. Be patient. I may run across the link.
