Fred Towle's (District 3) a good guy, and Alan Binder (16) just sponsored a resolution to make it illegal to smoke in your own car if a minor child is aboard. It is widely believed he has done this to illustrate the silliness of the bar ban, but I have not reached his office for confirmation on that yet.
Brian Foley is District (7).
Presiding Officer Paul Tonna is (17). Please take special note of the quote that appears on the homepage of the Suffolk Legislature. He takes credit for uttering them, though it sure would be nice if he actually lived by them.
