A few years back, the company that I work for had an "TQ" team tackle the "problem" of outdoor second hand smoke. These morons er "empowered employees" came up with a policy, complete with a map of where smoking outdoors was acceptable. The map had all of the parking lots and the south bound lanes of the 405 freeway in the no smoking area.
That is impossible - if you are a non-smoker you are in 1000% support of everything they say and do (/sarcasm)
