This weekend, while in Stateville, N.C., I met a woman who edits a Holistic Medicine magazine. She eats no red meats, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, etc. etc. She looked like a cadaver. She was exceptionally thin and had a wasted look about her that was frightening. No thank you, if that's healthy, I don't think I'll be trying it.
