1: I am one of those that Buys around the system, I smoke Generic cigarettes, they are 35.00 a carton in a "legal" store, I go to the Indian reservation and Buy 1, I said ONE carton at a time for 17.50 a carton.

The state says that if I have no more then 1 carton, 200 cigarettes, without the state stamp, they can't do a thing. SO when I am down to my last smoke, I go to the reservation, 5 miles away, and buy another carton. 100% legal!!

The state is losing close to 17 a carton, woohoo, less for good old Locke to spend, I live in Washington now.

2: I tell ALL my smoker friends to do the same.

3: I will tell them to screw off, because it will not work, the bureaucracy will cost more then the taxes will bring in.

4: I think that they are idiots, 1 carton at a time people, one carton at a time!! 100% legal!!
