NO PRESIDENT, PAST OR PRESENT, HAS THE POWER / AUTHORITY / PRESCIENDT TO GO AFTER HIS PREDESSOR; ESPECIALLY IF SAID PREDESSESSOR HAS ALREADY BEEN IMPEACHED, B UT NOT THROWN OUT OF OFFICE ! Nowhere, is what you want him to do, part of the job description. It would also serve NO valid purpose; however, it WOULD eviscerate President Bush's ability to do anything else.
