I had a similar idea years ago. Post a picture of a skull and crossbones on each pack with a message - "Warning - these things will cause all kinds of deadly diseases." Then list the most common. And then, as you suggest, in order to smoke you must sign a waiver stating that you know the danger of somking and give up your right to sue the manufacturers. Then - SMOKE 'em if you got 'em.
