How about the Egyptian gentleman who decided he had to "work sick" by taking a business trip to New York that he thought he couldn't "afford" to miss.....and brought us all West Nile fever? A couple of people just died in my home county of it.....what do you say to them?
But you are pro-sodomy. Very much so. You apparently believe that if you ignore the horrific external public health costs that irresponsible gays pass on to the rest of through their behavior, these costs won't exist.
But ignoring the public health impact of sodomy doesn't change the fact that you and I end up paying through the nose to treat the consequences of that behavior.
Bone-headed, stubborn ignorance merely encourages and guarantees more irresponsible behavior and higher taxpayer costs.
This is precisely the reason why a public health based argument will succeed. Smoking cigarettes reduces life expectancy by only six years, and look at all the measures that have been taken to curb cigarette use. But according to the International Journal of Epidemiology, homosexuals who engage in anal sex reduce their life expectancy by eight to 20 years.
If anal sex is a greater risk to public health than cigarette smoking, why aren't the same measures being used to curb its practice?
