But this is ridiculous. As long as tobacco is legal, smoking it on the beach or any other outdoor venue shouldn't be restricted. I'd allow a school to limit it to certain places on an athletic field; I wouldn't want to be sitting next to a smoker in the bleachers getting smoke in my face while I was watching a game, but if the smoker was off to one side I wouldn't care.Thank you for the common sense shown.
From your attitude I wouldn't call you an anti-smoker. Maybe a die-hard nonsmoker. Wouldn't want anyone else starting but those that choose to do so should be given the opportunity within common sense limits?
