Then the whole issue could be resolved if they would release the information on the purchaser, wouldn't it. Aren't they calling for clear, transparent corporate dealings.
They don't have that information, any more than you have the information of who previously owned the share of stock you buy today through Charles Schwab. You're hoping that whomever bought the Harken stock can be construed somehow to be part of this non-scandal.
