Stating that the bill creates the perfect balance between driver choice and responsible environmental policy, Davis indicated his intention to sign the bill.Now Californians have the "choice" to drive a mini van, truck or SUV and pay added taxes or not. That's a choice to Gov. Howdy Doody. Hopefully Californians will take advantage of a real choice come election day.
Forget about election day, moving day is a much better option. So long California!
