Considering most states are raising punitive taxes, taking away freedoms and trying to ban a legal product that 25% of Americans use this should be scared that it can happen to you to. Interesting tie in with NAZI'S TOO, THEY TOTALLY OPPOSED SMOKING. Another example California Legis passed AB1058 under AB1493 to ban 48% of autos SUV's in Kalibania

How is it that some programs are DEPENDENT on taxes raised from Cigarette? So if people quit smoking the programs would need to get the funding somewhere else, not that the Gov't is using the proceeds form the Tobacco settlements to go toward the correct programs anyway. I thought I heard something the other day about only 3-5% is being directed towards Antismoking programs. The rest of the funds are going to good Ole' PORK. My thoughts are if the people in the Gov't say want people to QUIT smoking why do they still want people to buy them to support programs they enact? Also isn't it funny that the US armed services don't allow smoking or tobacco of any kind.

I am stunned at how easily guilt-by-association arguments can sway so many freepers.

A symptom of a nation with too many lawyers.
