I don't understand what is up with that but they clearly want it and have taken extreme measures to get a State Legislature to pass the bill. Now they can trumpet it and ramrod it!

I agree that it's not about California; this is just a testing ground.

But it will be hard for the DNC to reward Davis if he loses the election. The DNC leaders don't get to vote in California -- we do. And the gov is politically savvy enough to understand that.
