If you have high negative ratings don't. And I'm sure as Garry South knows by now, the more people see of Gray Davis the less they like him. Its possible Davis might agree to a few debates if he's desperate but I have a feeling he'll try to keep people from getting to know Bill Simon better since no matter how Davis manipulates a debating format to his advantage, let's face it - Simon is just going to come across as looking more likeable. Now THAT's scary!
