Most interesting. I believe that another reason for the proliferation of homosexuality is the lack of real fatherhood in boys' lives. In the past, young women who ran after older men were often said to be "looking for a father figure." Whether that was right or wrong, it might be said more truly for many young men today. Here's a simple question for you. Lets hypothetically say their is a gay gene, now granted this would not explain the high amount of gay activity in prisons with people who used to live straight lives, nor would it explain why a mjority of pedaphiles are gay, (the research that said a majority of pedaphiles were straight was done by "changing the definition" of gay to consentual sex between to adult males, and labeling bisexuals as heterosexuals, etc). If there was a gay gene, and research was done on it, and they found away to "cure" or "correct" it, do you think for one second the gay community would allow it to happen? and do you think child molestation would go up, down or stay the same?

In reality there is hope, but as long as people believe that homosexuality is "not a choice" that hope is veiled.

Second, don't you find it interesting that these people define their existance by their sexual practices? When someone asks me about myself, I don't include a word about sex, but these people define their sole purpose in life in terms of sex. Truly perverted!

With that said, the notion that homosexuals are former prey turned predator is very convenient, but how, then, do you explain homosexual men that have never been molested and never go on to molest?

It's not every case, as sexual disorientation is quite a complex phenomenon, but it is quite prevalent. Again, read the drunk driving analogy.

There is not one shred of unfraudulent evidence of a genetic component to homosexuality. There is some possibility of tendency, and relationships with parents can be huge factors in many cases. Many homosexuals have been seduced or raped as children. So, yes there are many possible reasons for this pathology.

If such genetic matter that was a behavioral determinant in fact was discovered and along with that discovery a way to neutralize it, I would imagine probably the "Gay" officialdom (organizations, spokespeople, famous Congressmen) would SOLIDLY be 100% against its use and would lobby hard against any medical action that would negate this characteristic.

All the while 60%-80% perhaps of rank and file homosexuals, including those even in 'movement leadership' would probably seek private and aggressive ways to indulge in treatment to cast off their homosexuality forever. At the end of the day I think they would have to be honest with themselves and choose the way out that would liberate them of all of the darkness and suffering. Just theorizin' here.....

Actually that would be a very good anonymous poll to ask a sampling of active homosexuals; if there were a way to negate their unique characteristic or 'orientation', would they embark upon that path. I imagine the true numbers (those who would respond truthfully and say that want out of that mess) would be very high and in fact would anger and embarrass homosexual officialdom and the organized 'racket' of perversion promoters.
