I agree. They need to stop trying to "protect" me for 3 more years.
Philip Morris should uni-laterally stop all shipments of tobacco and tobacco products into the state of California for consumer use. If the other manufacturers follow suit, imagine the traffic into Nevada and Oregon!
Plus, the tax coffers of Nevada and Oregon would increase as sales increases. (Maybe not Oregon, no sales tax there.)
