Why is there be such a reluctance to send the dogs after Clinton from this administration? Both the Republican and Democrat sides of the Party of Government believe that government is the answer, although they differ on what the question is. Because of this, neither will do anything that makes the institution of government look bad.
I think Bush knows what Clinton did and is afraid of how it would affect the country if ever let out.
